Tumult
Website & icon redesign
Tumult is a San Francisco start-up developing Mac OSX apps. Their latest app, Hype, is probably the simpliest way to create HTML5 animations today; it really is easy-to-use and works basically like standard OSX apps such as Apple Keynote. Their website looked kind of cheap, the goal here was to design a new identity.
Hype presentation page
This is the website key page. It shows the user all the functionnalities. The page had to be visually clean and sharp.

User manuel
The goal here was to show some of the key features of the app, in a very few words. Every part is designed to be very brief.
The user already knows the app and what you can do do with it even before he put his hands on it.

Live demo
The header is entirely made with Hype. It's like a live demo within the website to show that the app is capable of. And yes, that works great!

Lightbox
To design the icon, the goal was to put the strength on the core of the app: animation. This is what Tumult Hype is about. The design focuses on creativity with sheets of paper and markers since this app is primarily designed for designers.
